We believe in the quality of our product and its subsequent installation, and our warranty program shows that. All of our glass installations come with a 2 Year installation Warranty.

?Quotation pricing is valid for (60) days. After 60 days Mirage Shower and Glass reserves the right to issue a new quotation if required.

? To confirm an order, the customer must sign the issued work order, and place a 50% deposit prior to work beginning. Production time will commence from the date and deposit work order are received by Mirage Shower and Glass. Customer will be informed with installation date and time.

?Once the order has been approved by the customer, and the glass manufacturing has commenced. The order cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.

?Frameless glass shower enclosures are designed to prevent water from escaping the built enclosure. There is no guarantee against water splashing or leaking from under swing or sliding doors. Mirage Shower and Glass is responsible for following hardware manufacturer’s specifications to ensure a stable proper operation of sliding and swing doors. Plumbing and inner tiles must be built to ensure proper drainage. Leaks caused by improper drainage are not covered by Mirage Shower and Glass.

? Mirage Shower and Glass is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or accidental damage.

After showing us different designs, they installed a frameless standup shower for us with gorgeous matte black hardware ( gorgeous) First visit, they came in to do measurements with a laser level. Second visit, installation went really smoothly taking about 1.5 hours to complete. Great communication and very professional from beginning to end. We're extremely satisfied with the installed product and in love with our new shower ! Highly recommend !
